Snow Removal

Once a week even if there is no snow the site will be inspected and cleaned. Litter will be cleared and removed

Ploughing and salting of all driveways, parking lots, and walkways to commence without notification upon the accumulation of 2.5 cm or more

The contractor shall clear all pedestrian and stairways upon the accumulation of 2.5 cm or more

Snow will be removed from site (Absolute Minimum)

Snow and/or ice will be removed from main entrances and loading area
